  • What do I need to bring with me when applying or touring?

    Please bring a valid photo ID when visiting or applying at Pointe Five Oaks Apartments. Having your identification ready helps make the touring and application process smooth and efficient.


  • What are the application and administrative fees?

    The application fee is $65, and the administrative fee is $200.

  • How much is the deposit?

    The security deposit starts at $500.

  • What lease terms are available?

    We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 15 months.

  • Is renters’ insurance required?

    Yes, renters’ insurance is required for all residents at Pointe Five Oaks Apartments. Maintaining an active renters’ insurance policy helps provide protection for your personal belongings and liability coverage during your lease term.

  • How do I pay rent?

  • What is included in the monthly rent?

    Monthly rent at Pointe Five Oaks Apartments includes the base rent for your apartment home and access to all community amenities, on-site management, and 24-hr maintenance. Additional fees, utilities, and optional services may vary depending on your selected floor plan and lease agreement.

  • Is laundry available in-apartment or on-site?

    Yes! Every apartment at Pointe Five Oaks includes an in-apartment washer and dryer, giving residents the convenience of doing laundry from the comfort of home.



  • What are the parking options?

    We provide surface lot parking, garage.

  • Do you offer corporate leases?

    Yes, corporate leases are available.

  • Do you have a preferred employer program?

    Ask about our preferred employer program for our Hometown Heroes; Active teachers, medical professionals, EMS, police, firefighters, and active or retired military. Please note our program may change at any time and is subject to restrictions

  • What languages do your team members speak?

    Our team speaks English.

  • Will you run a background check as part of the application process?

    Yes, our background screenings evaluate credit, rental, and criminal history for each applicant over the age of 18 who will reside in the apartment home.

  • What are the income requirements to qualify?

    We require that all applicants provide proof of income of at least 3 times the monthly rental amount. Our leasing team is available to assist with any questions regarding rental criteria and the application process.

  • What is your pet policy?

    Pointe Five Oaks Apartments is a pet-friendly community welcoming up to two pets per apartment, including both dogs and cats of all breeds, weights, and sizes. Contact our leasing office for additional pet policy details and community guidelines.
